Taboo wise the Monotheistic religions of Judaism, Christianity and Islam all have a pretty harsh view of Sodomy. Being put to death is the most common proscribed punishment. This should be hardly surprising since Monotheism got most of its homophobic inspiration from the same source (the Old Testament). The Eastern Religions on the other hand tend to be much more tolerant of Sodomy than the Monotheistic religions do. There is very little if any proscription of Sodomy. In the case of Hinduism where there is quite a bit intolerance towards Sodomy, centuries of control by Monotheistic rulers (the Mughals and then the British) helped to shape the puritan attitudes that now prevail in India.

About the Book

“It’s not true that I had nothing on. I had the radio on.” declared Marilyn Monroe illustrating her wonderful sense of humor. Kevin Costner suggested “Sex and golf are the two things you can enjoy even if you’re not good at them.” And let’s not forget Ken Hammond who once remarked “What’s the three words you never want to hear while making love? ‘Honey, I’m home’.”

Most everyone enjoys reading quotes about sex. We delight in reading them because they are so often uncomfortably true. Sex quotes often convey an embedded message that we know to be true but are often afraid or unwilling to utter in public. Without a doubt few things can spice up a conversation about sex or sexuality more than a well-chosen sex quote. Given our affinity for sex quotes, wouldn’t it be great to have the best sex quotes available compiled in a free eBook? Well here it is folks!

By Rami Sastri,

In every game there are rules to follow and love making in Ancient Hindu cultures had a set of rules all its own. Vatsyayana’s Kama Sutra illuminates these special provisions for us so that we might gain a deeper understanding of the principles and ideas that governed the culture of his time. Ancient Indian culture divided people into a caste system with several thousand divisions but four main groupings.. These individual castes had their own ranks and peculiarities.

It is commonly believed that caste’s were decided by a persons birth because it was believed that Karma, or what you did in life, affected the cycle of reincarnation and rebirth but it has been show that the caste system was non-hereditary in its original form. While you could interact with people of a different caste, there were special rules of conduct and the practice was generally frowned upon.

To understand how the caste system affected lovers in the ancient Hindu culture of Vatsyayana’s time, let us examine the words of the Kama Sutra itself: “When Kama is practiced by men of the four castes according to the rules of the Holy Writ with virgins of their own caste, it then becomes a means of acquiring lawful progeny and good fame, and it is not also opposed to the customs of the world.

On the contrary the practice of Kama with women of the higher castes, and with those previously enjoyed by others, even though they be of the same caste, is prohibited. But the practice of Kama with women of the lower castes, with women excommunicated from their own caste, with public women, and with women twice married, is neither enjoined nor prohibited. The object of practicing Kama with such women is pleasure only.”

How Did The Caste System Work?

According to other ancient manuscripts of the time, these castes were divided into four main parts called Varnas. The Varna designations were the Brahmins (teachers, scholars and priests), the Kshatriyas (kings and warriors), the Vaishyas (traders), and Shudras (agriculturists, service providers, and some artisan groups). There was also a fifth classification deemed to be outside the caste system called the Parjanya, Antyaja or Dalits.

These were considered the “Untouchables” as they were considered as being beneath society and this was usually reserved for those with communicable diseases or held occupations that carried communal health risks or severe uncleanness. This grouping would not have even figured into the Kama Sutra because the very presence of such an individual was considered to defile a person of a higher caste. The defiled individual was then required to bathe thoroughly and purge themselves of any impurities.

When applied to the Kama Sutra, the caste system was shown as a way of determining who safe options were for partners. It provided a measure of safety from various communicable diseases between castes as people were less likely to engage in relations with a person who was below them in the caste system.

For those seeking a lifetime partner through marriages, it also provided a way of reducing contention amongst the spouses by ensuring that both families were of the same background and thus had common ground. This also served to keep lower classes from becoming wealthy by profiting from marriages to higher classes as this was most generally avoided.

If you would like to learn more about The Kama Sutra, including the latest news and reviews you can check out more of Rami’s articles at EzineArticles.com

Since this blog has been exploring many sexual taboos in-depth, I figured it might be very useful to have a taboo check list where readers quickly can look up what each major religion has to say about the taboo in question. The table below shows most of the world’s main religions with a few of the significant denominations and sects thrown in for good measure. I know not every religion is here, but I have the main ones covered. If you think I got a religion’s taboo incorrectly annotated, please let me know. I made up this list with the best info I can find. But this list is certainly not cast in stone. If you think I made a mistake and point me in right direction, please let know.

Taboo wise, the eastern religions tend to be quite accepting of Female Ejaculation. These religions also have a lot of ancient literature written on the topic. However, with the exception of Islam, the monotheistic religions say practically nothing at all about Female Ejaculation. This makes it problematic to determine what they actually believe about Female Ejaculation. Are they for it or against it? Though one thing is is clear, Female Ejaculation is certainly not talked about or encouraged openly.

If you came here looking for a juicy story about how the Catholic church condemns squirting, I will have to disappoints you. What I do want to talk about is the suggestion by some that the Catholic Church confirms the existance of said Female Ejaculation. In Deborah Sundhal’s book: Female Ejaculation and the G-spot, she had suggested that the Catholic Church confirmed the existence of female ejaculation. In her reading of the June 30, 1952 issue of the Acta Apostolicae Sedis, a publication of the Holy Office she came across the following statement:

In their work of the care of souls and the direction of the consciences [priests] should never, either spontaneously or in reply to a question, presume so to speak of the amplexux reservatus as if there were no objection to it from the standpoint of Christian law.

Following this statement Sundhal concluded the following:

Obviously, the Greco-roman idea of a female seed being part of the conception and procreation survived into medieval times. Whereupon it was declared a sin by the Roman Catholic Church for a woman to not ejaculate!

I have read the same document and it is not clear to me how she could have made such a connection. I really enjoy reading Ms. Sundhal’s work, I think it is groundbreaking book in the field of Female Ejaculation. However, I have to disagree with her assessment of the Catholic position on Female Ejaculation. In fact, I do not think the Catholic church has a position on Female Ejaculation at all.

I think Ms. Sundhal read too much into what the Acta Apostolicae Sedis actually said. There are no clear references to female ejaculation in the document. Only male ejaculation is referenced and it clearly suggests in the context of the amplexux reservatus that it is a sin for a man not to ejaculate.

If you recall from my post on the Liquor Vitae; Hippocrates, Galen and Aristotle all wrote about Female Ejaculation. Since the Catholic Church was the inheritor of classical Greco-roman medical knowledge, it is a good bet they also knew about Female Ejaculation. However, this knowledge is referenced nowhere in the Acta Apostolicae Sedis. The June 30, 1952 issue of this document elaborates in much detail the Catholic Church’s restricted sexual acts. There is not really a whole lot that is permitted, but no clear mention of female ejaculation is given.

Given the relatively recent publication of this document: June 30, 1952, I would suggest knowledge and practice of Female Ejaculation was unknown by the general population and a such it was no longer an issue for the Catholic Church to comment on. If there is no Female Ejaculation happening among the parishioners then why talk about it? As much as I like to have corroborating proof about the existance of Female Ejaculation, we will not find it here!

China has a 2,500 year old scientific and philosophical tradition called Taoism. The Taoist belief system generally focuses on the relationship between humanity and the cosmos with the objective of creating harmony with the universe. Contained within Taoist beliefs is a sophisticated set of instructions on how to bring harmony to sex and sexual relationships.

Taoist sexology treats sex as a vital component of any successful relationship within moderate boundaries. However, for our purposes we are interested in what Taoism teaches about female ejaculation. Included in the Taoist sexology texts are ample descriptions of female ejaculation and its importance .

Taoist sexology celebrated all facets of a woman’s sexuality including female ejaculation. They explained female ejaculation in conjunction with the concepts of the three gates and the three sacred waters. The stimulation of any of the three gates can produce ejaculate in varying quantities (from small amounts to overflowing). The Taoist never questioned the existence of female ejaculation; they just attempted to explain how it tied into the natural order of things. Taoist sexology believes that each one of the three sacred waters correspond to an ever higher level of sexual stimulation and arousal in woman. Furthermore, they regarded the three waters as being essential for the vitality of both women and men.

Taoist texts explain that the first water is created when a woman’s first gate is stimulated. In the West we know the first gate as the clitoris. When the clitoris is stimulated, the first water (ejaculate) is excreted by the para-urethra ducts and the skenes gland. Taoist sexology also teaches that creation of the first water is necessary to lubricate the vagina before a woman can begin intercourse.

Stimulation of the second gate is done through the g-spot on the upper wall of the vagina, which releases her second water. This is the most common method of female ejaculation that we in the West understand.

The third water is connected to the stimulation of the woman’s third gate which is the area in front of her cervix. Taoist believe that stimulation around and in front of the cervix will cause a very deep sensation of a uterine orgasm. This uterine orgasm can sometime be following by the release of her third water.

Taoist sexology considers ejaculate released from any of the three gates to have life giving properties for both men and women. They also believe that the release of ejaculate to be essential for the balance of Kan and Li (water and fire) between a man and woman.

When the man brings his woman to orgasm, he activates her energy and attunes himself with it. The release of ejaculate is the physical manifestation of a woman’s energy activation. Should a man drink the woman’s ejaculate he can benefit from its life giving properties. Taoists consider the activation of the woman’s energy and the man’s receipt of it to be a benefit to both partners.

In China between the end of the Han dynasty (220 CE) and the end of the Tang dynasty (907 CE), Taoist sexology and the sexual arts in general had enjoyed wide acceptance. During this era many Taoist texts on sexology and sacred sexuality were composed. However, after 1,000 CE Confucian puritanism became the dominant force and by the start of the Qing dynasty in 1636 CE sex was a taboo subject in public life. Due to the extensive censoring of sex during the Qing dynasty, the sexual arts disappeared from public life. Qing censorship of sex was so extensive that the few surviving Taoist texts on sexuality could only be found in Japan. The sex negative attitudes that currently prevail in China can trace these roots to centuries of Confucian puritanism.

How the social stigma become attached to same sex sexual expression.

Philo of Alexandria reinterprets the Sodom and Gomorrah story.

Apparently, there was a lot more going on at the recent Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics than just winning medals and gaining Olympic glory. Besides all the official Olympic medal events, there is an unofficial event that involves a lots and lots of scoring. What I am referring to is the Olympic sized sexual appetites of the athletes and officials who are staying at the athlete’s village.

During the recent Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics officials had handed out 100,000 free condoms to the roughly 7,000 athletes and officials staying at the athlete’s village. This works out to about 14 condoms per person. Unfortunately the athlete’s village ran out of the prophylactics on Day 13 of the event, forcing officials to bring in emergency supplies. Go figure!

Since this is quite an intriguing statistic I’d do a bit of research on Olympic sex. Apparently, the Olympic sex phenomenon requires special planning on the part of the International Olympic Committee to accommodate it at every Olympics. I found a few really interesting articles that explain the intricacies of Olympic sex in more detail. You can check out these articles below:

Rhianna Blogs:

A lot of Mark’s readers have asked me how does it feel to be able to squirt, what makes the difference and why learn to do it at all? Why bother? Why ever not? It’s our birthright, it’s a part of ourselves, it’s an amazing part of our sexuality. For someone who just learned it, it actually is just plain cool. I love being able to do it. I love the feeling of bliss, of a release that runs through my body. I love how it makes my husband feel. Itmakes me feel more powerful, more myself; it feels good to own another part of my sexuality. To go really deep, and not to be afraid. Because this orgasm is deep.

Comparing to a usual clitoral orgasm it goes to a totally different level. I feel like I’m taking our intimacy, our connection to a new, deeper level. And I’m in control of it, I let it go when I want to, when I know I can go deeper, when I don’t cheat myself and go for an easy and quick release of a clitoral orgasm.

Do you notice how a clitoral orgasm lives you wanting more? It leaves me unsatisfied, wanting more, again and again. It makes me hungrier, and I need to come a few times in a row to feel satisfied. If I don’t I might feel sad or even angry, like it just was not enough, like something was missing. There is nothing missing after I squirt, I know I go as deep as it goes, I feel so blissful, I feel complete, I don’t usually want to cum again, although sometimes I do but it doesn’t come from a place of not getting enough, it comes from a desire to go even deeper. I still don’t squirt every time I have sex. Sometimes I’m not in the mood, sometimes it’s all about hard, raw sex, when we can’t get enough of each other. And I still don’t have a total control. Sometimes I feel like I’m about to squirt, but I don’t, and I’m not sure how to bring it on. Sometimes I’m just too tired and sleepy. But it’s all ok, it makes it even more special for me, because when I do cum, when I squirt, I feel complete.

One of the practices often associated with Tantra is Polyamory or Responsible Non-Monogamy. People who are drawn to the sacred sexuality practices of Tantra also participate in some form of non-monogamous lifestyle like Polyamory. If you have read my posts on Sacred Group Sex or Sacred Bisexuality you would be well aware that non-monogamous sexual practices have been part of Tantra for centuries. While I am not going to expound on the intricacies of non-monogamous Tantric sex here (I’ll save that for another day) I will share with you the events that led me to the realization that I was non-monogamous.

Like most everyone else I was raised with the idea that the only type of sexual relationship permissible is a heterosexual monogamous one. Oh there were those Gays and Lesbians, but we were told they were a bunch of freaks and gay sex was completely unnatural. Monogamy was supposed to be the only way to go. After all when I looked around everyone I saw was in a heterosexual monogamous relationship. Hey it was the 1980’s and I was living in the boonies! Despite all this monogamy talk I still hoped to sow my oats before I had to devote myself to an eternity of monogamy.

When I cast my mind back to my early days most of my sexual fantasies revolved around one on one encounters with women. There were of course lots of Female-Male-Female (FMF) or FFMF fantasies about but those usually revolved around lots of wild partying and alcohol….pretty spontaneous stuff. I just could not conceive how an encounter like that could be organized or set up. And even if I really wanted to do something like this I had no idea how I could suggest it to my partner.

What I want to talk about here is a relationship I had in the mid 1990s that gave me some great insights into myself and non-monogamy. Back in 1994-95 I was in a relationship with Stephanie (not her real name). Stephanie is a very sensual, passionate and sexual woman. Stephanie had a Maltese background giving her a very sultry and sexy appearance. She was definitely exotic with lots of sex appeal. On top of that she was very smart and knew how to get her way with the guys. Stephanie always kept lots of male friends around; she just plain enjoyed their company. Stephanie was an expert at creating chemistry and generating polarity in a relationship. There was never a dull moment; she knew how to keep you engaged with lots of passion and drama. Like I said, Stephanie had lots of sex appeal and she knew how to use it. It is no wonder she always had a herd of guys beating a path to her doorway.

Considering all the competition I faced I managed to more or less have an exclusive relationship (I’ll explain in a moment) with this sex fiend for just over a year. Looking back I think that must have been some kind of record for her at the time. As I already mentioned, Stephanie had lots of male friends. She was always open about what was going on and she would readily share with me stories about the many propositions she would get from them. Sometimes she would worry that I might get jealous or feel insecure from all the attention she got. This did not concern me much as I never felt jealous or insecure about it. In fact I loved it! I was thrilled to be going out with a very hot and exotic woman who was obviously in such high demand. Some men might feel very threatened by her flirting antics. Not me, I saw this as a big plus.

At this point in my life I was the recipient rather than the initiator of anything that I would consider sexually edgy. Stephanie was exposing me to a whole new world of intense sexuality and I was taking it all in as fast I could. Stephanie always had interesting surprises for me. There were two or three occasions where Stephanie would describe to me conversations she had with male friends who had either talked about or suggested participating in group sex. What a marvelous idea I thought! Where do I sign up?

Unfortunately, I had no idea how to discuss such things in any meaningful way. At the time I thought she was just making interesting conversation….she was always very open. It is possible that she might have been inserting the topic into the conversation to see how I would react. But at the time I did not believe this to be case. Of course the obvious thing I should have done is ask her if she was interested in group sex. But that idea just never occurred to me……ahh the joys of being young and clueless!

Stephanie’s was also known for her impulsiveness which sometimes created problems in our relationship. Let me elaborate. Stephanie was close to one male friend in particular who also happened to be an old boyfriend. I can’t remember what his name was so I’ll call him Bob. She would see Bob quite regularly for lunches and coffee. Stephanie was always open to me about these meetings. But after one meeting she told me that she had to share something that was tearing her up inside. Stephanie then confessed to me that she had sex with Bob and described the encounter as a purely impulsive act. She had impulse to jump his bone and acted on it. Knowing her well enough at that time I believed her!

So how did I react? I was dumbfounded; I did not know what to say. My cultural programming told me that cheating is bad, monogamy is good and I should be very upset and mad at her. But deep down I was actually turned on by the whole thing. I really liked the idea that she fucked her friend’s brains out. At that time I had no clue what Swinging, Polyamory or other alternative relationships were. I did not know that people could have open relationships. Given the only model I had to go by was monogamy I really did not know how to talk about what I was feeling or possibly changing the nature of our relationship

Since I did not know how to talk about these things I resorted to the old reliable (good ole monogamy) and feigned being upset instead. Just brilliant…Not! I told her I was disappointed and I was really upset with her…yada yada yada. But of course my true feelings did not match my words. I am sure she sensed that as we ended up having some pretty amazing makeup sex shortly afterwards!

This incident made me realize that I did not believe in a monogamous relationship and I was open to the idea of some kind of non-monogamous relationship (whatever that may be). Unfortunately, I did not know how to verbalize these new insights to other. Are you beginning to see a theme here? I just did not have the language developed to be able to talk about things. And to a certain degree neither did Stephanie as neither of us discussed the incident again.

Eventually we both moved on with our lives in separate directions but the lessons I learned were never forgotten. Deep down I knew my truth. Now I had to own that truth and confidentially communicate it to others. That is a very scary thing to do considering most women profess monogamy to be the be all and end all of relationships. One of the main challenges I would face in relationships for the next 10 years is figuring out how to effectively communicate that truth. I did eventually succeed but my success was not without its challenges. I made lots of mistakes along the way and created moments of considerable turmoil in my relationships. But the end result is definitely worth it. I now have an amazing open relationship with my gorgeous wife Rhianna.

Do you own your truth?

My first experience with what can be described as Tantric sexual practices came during my teenage years back in the late 1980s. These sexual practices helped me to achieve levels of sexual bliss and ecstasy beyond anything that I could have ever imagined. However, what I learned initially did not come about as a result of intensive study of Tantric practices, but rather from some lucid self introspection and a few good insights. Let me elaborate:

During the teenage years I was going through the angst of adolescence trying to find my own identity…..like everyone else does. I had doubts about my sexual abilities. This feeling was made worse by the fact that I was still a virgin all through High School. Hey, I was shy, kind of geeky and introverted; not a very useful combination for getting laid!

Given my predicament, one of the challenges I faced was how to deal with the male macho bravado of my male peers. All the guys talked the big game about their sexual exploits. Sound familiar? I was never sure if they are telling the truth or they were just giving everyone a line of BS. Of course after High School I realized most of what was said was pure BS….but this insight did help me when I really needed it.

One thing I found particularly discomforting were the tales of guys who were quick to reload. You know how the story goes; guy fucks woman, he cums, two minutes later he is ready for action again. This cycle supposedly repeated itself many times. I was astonished by such ability. How was it possible? I could not even come close to doing this. My reality was (and for the most part still is) that when I ejaculate just once, I am done! It is over for me and I might as well go to sleep because it will be at best an hour and more like several hours before I can get it up again. I felt quite inadequate when I compared myself to guys who had several rounds of ammunition. On top of that there are all those jokes going around about men who last only 2 minutes during intercourse and then promptly fall asleep afterwards.

So what is one to do when you only get one shot? I certainly did not want to be a one shot wonder whose moment of glory can be counted in seconds. I considered my dilemma; there must be some way for me to do better? Then I had one of my rare moments of adolescent clarity. I figured if I only got one shot I better make it last! In other words; instead of lasting 2 minutes during intercourse wouldn’t it be better to last half an hour?

So how did I come up with this idea? While I was in High School I competed in all kinds of endurance sports like cross country running, track & field and Nordic skiing. These sports require lots of endurance. So I figured if I can train myself to run for long distances there must be someway to train myself to ‘last’ longer during sex. After all, if I had the endurance to run a 10km race I should be able to figure out how to get some more sexual endurance.

Like any teenager I enjoyed masturbation. But over time I developed some bad habits. I would often try to get to the end result (The Orgasm) the quickest way possible. Three to five minutes sometimes. It is well understood that this method of jerking-off can often create premature ejaculation problems in men.

So how did I develop better masturbation techniques? Since I had no books or internet to refer to I had to figure things out on my own through trial and error. Fortunately, I was able to use my sporting activities as another source of inspiration to help me to focus my efforts.

In endurance sports it is well known fact that if you push the pace too much you run the risk of getting tired too quickly and thus performing poorly. The trick is to set a strong pace (your edge between comfort and over exertion) that you can maintain for the entire distance. With practice you learn where your edge is and with some good consistent training you can push your edge to a higher level. It is this logic that I applied to my masturbation technique.

I now concentrated on slowing down while I masturbated. I slowed down my hand movements and took my time. Over time I was able to figure out where my edge was between a highly aroused state and the point of no return (ejaculation). As I would later realize this is the key to ejaculatory control. Slowing down and paying attention to my body really helped me to understand how my ejaculatory reflexes worked. Paying attention to my body came easier to me since I had grown accustomed to the practice through all my sporting activities.

Once I got a keen sense of where my edge was I practiced approaching my edge and just staying there. I practiced on how long I could stay at my edge before ejaculating. Within half a year I was able to masturbate and stay near my edge for 20, 30 and even 60 minutes without ejaculating.

I am going to digress for a moment to quickly discuss the physiology of my exercises. To be able to discern where your edge is a man needs to strengthen his Pubococcygeus (PC) muscle. The PC muscle is the hammock-like muscle that stretches from the pubic bone to the tail bone. The PC muscle controls urine flow and contracts during orgasm. A strong PC muscle is indispensable for excellent ejaculatory control.

Unbeknownst to me at the time when I was starting my ejaculatory control practices I was also strengthening my PC muscle by leaps and bounds. By taking my time with my practices I was also exercising and strengthening my PC muscle (I frequently flexed my PC muscle during masturbation). As I strengthened my PC muscle it allowed me to gain a greater awareness of where my edge was. Once I got a good feeling where my edge was it gave me the ability to control my ejaculatory impulses with ease.

There are some misconceptions about how to use your PC muscle. Some men think that if they flex their PC muscle real hard (at the point the feel themselves about to ejaculate) they can stop themselves from ejaculating. This does not work because they have already crossed the point of no return and they are already ejaculating..…Doh! On top of that they will suppress the intensity of their orgasm and waste a perfectly good orgasm. Once you cross that point of no return there is nothing that can be done to stop ejaculating……that is why it is called the point of no return!

Once I learned how to improve my ejaculatory control my confidence around sex improved dramatically. Even though I still did not have sex with my first women yet I was absolutely certain I would have no problems with premature ejaculation when the moment did arrive. When I did get laid for the first time it was a wonderful experience. While I was pretty nervous and excited beforehand; intercourse lasted well over 30 minutes. The encounter was a complete success for everyone involved!

That experience gave me absolute certainty and confidence in my abilities. In the last 20 years I have almost never had any problems with ejaculatory control. And if I did it was the result of physical exhaustion or extreme stress. Let me add that for the past 20 years I also have taken great care in maintaining my ejaculatory control through continuous practices to exercise and strengthen my PC muscle.

When I got introduced to the world of Tantric sexuality I learned that one of its key components for male sexual mastery is ejaculation control. Some of the techniques that I just described above are also used in Tantra to achieve ejaculatory control. There are many methods that can be used to strengthen your PC muscle. I did it by flexing my PC muscle as I was slowly jerking-off. There are several other ways to achieve the same end. I found that my method worked best for me. In an upcoming post I will put together some detailed instructions on how to strengthen the PC muscle.

However, there is more to Tantric male sexual mastery than just achieving ejaculatory control. There are other components such as letting go of internal tensions, moving the Kundalini sexual energy throughout one’s body, being present, having breathe control and achieving full body and multiple male orgasms. I am not an expert in all things Tantra. But what I will be doing is adding posts describing my personal experiences with each one of these more advanced components of Tantric male sexual mastery.

Tantra is one of those things many have heard about but know little if anything about it. A common perception of Tantra is of an esoteric teaching from India that involves weird sexual techniques that those New Age folks like to practice. So what really is Tantra? I looked around for a definition of Tantra and I come up with the following:

Tantra is a spiritual path dedicated to the challenge of becoming aware, in every moment of our embodied lives, of the supreme flow of the sacred unity of love.

Sounds like pretty heavy stuff. No doubt when many first encounter it, a lot of its concepts seem too complicated to grasp. But is Tantra really a bunch of incomprehensible nonsense with no meaningful or practical use? Based on my own personal experience I would suggest that Tantra and its many sexual practices can enhance your sexual and spiritual life immensely.

Tantra’s roots do indeed lie in India and it is closely associated with the religions of Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism. Tantra is closely related to the Vedic tradition or rather the rejection of its orthodox beliefs. The objective of Tantra is to bring the practitioner a feeling of blissful self awareness while connecting with the divine.

While, Tantra has been practiced in India virtually unchanged for thousands of years, it undergone a major transformation during its introduction into the West. In the West Tantra evolved into what became known as NeoTantra. NeoTantra carried on Tantra’s tradition of sacred sex as well as many of its concepts and terminology. However, NeoTantra abandoned the involvement of a guru as well as some of its meditative practices and ritualistic rules. NeoTantra practitioners prefer to study Tantra concepts like full body orgasm and female goddess worship.

To help explain what Tantra is all about, I will be writing a series of posts describing my experience with Tantra. My journey into Tantra is very unique as it did not involve reading and studying any Tantric literature until very recently. Rather my journey involved asking myself a series of questions over many years which helped me to develop some very unique sexual skills. It was only when I started to explore alternative lifestyles and I came into contact with Tantric practitioners that I began to recognize the similarities between my abilities and Tantra. Thanks to working with some very skilled Tantric Goddesses, I have been able to gain a much clearer understanding of what Tantra is and what my abilities really are. Tantra is real! I have felt it and experienced it at some very deep and profound levels.

We all live in the West. Our minds have been immersed in Western thought and logic all our lives. As great as Western thought is, it does make it difficult for us to understand metaphysical concepts like Tantra. We struggle with Tantra because it comes from a tradition that seems so foreign from ours. Try as we may to understand it, many just don’t get it.

As I tell my story I will not use a lot of Tantric terminology or esoteric concepts. Rather, I will be describing my experiences using normal everyday language that we can all relate to. From there I will then connect my experiences with Tantric concepts. Many Tantric concepts are very hard to grasp and even harder to master (especially for men). By sharing my journey I hope to simplify this process of understanding and make Tantra more real.

Rhianna Blogs:

Backed by popular demand, several of Mark’s readers asked if I might write about how I learned how to squirt. I am flattered by your interest and I would love to share my experiences with everyone. I thought I would write a few pointers on what I found worked best for me. Hopefully you will find them useful too. So here they are:

Very important – find time and place where no one will disturb you. I most definitely suggest you first practice this on your own, exploring your body and figuring out what works for you. Once you have learnt it, you’ll be able to share it with your partner. You have to be perfectly relaxed and not worrying if someone is going to enter your room asking you what you were doing. Make sure you go to pee before your practice – this will remove the anxiety that you might pee instead of ejaculating. Let go of any expectations, don’t create the pressure to perform. Relax and have fun. Eventually it will happen.

Practice. Now the fun begins. Create a nice relaxing scene. Whatever works for you – dim the lights, light candles, turn on some nice music, make sure that it’s warm, so you can be comfortable naked. Get a couple of thick towels so you don’t need to worry about getting the bed wet. Think of something that will help you to get aroused. Think of your favorite fantasy, and start touching yourself. Do whatever works for you, lay down, sit comfortably or stand; touch your breasts, your legs, your vulva, your clit to get yourself in a highly aroused state. Now, when you are wet and ready start playing with your G-spot. If you usually play with it when you pleasure yourself then you know what to do. If not – experiment. Find out how much pressure you like, find out what kind of strokes – you are not in a hurry, take your time. Rub it, squeeze it, apply pressure on it. Use circular movement or move along it. You’ll notice that your G-spot will engorge and move a little to the outside of your vagina – that’s normal and it means that it’s working; you are on the way to ejaculation. Keep arousing yourself but not to the point of orgasm.

Try to ejaculate! Your arousal will become greater and greater, and when you continue stimulating your G-spot, you’ll start feeling the urge to pee. It’s actually the urge to ejaculate although when you are starting to practice it might feel like the urge to pee. Don’t worry; you are not going to pee. With your G-spot enlarged and swollen, your body wants a release – it wants to ejaculate! Don’t try to stop it. Most women contract, worrying that they might pee, but you need to relax into this sensation and continue stimulating the G-spot. Now this is the trick – you have to push out to ejaculate. If you are just starting practicing you’ll have to figure it out by trial and error. Make sure your G-spot is really engorged, take out your finger or the sex toy you were using and try to push like you were trying to pee. If nothing happens, continue again. Build up your arousal, play some more with the G-spot and try again. And again. Sometimes it helps to have a clitoral orgasm first and then continue to stimulate yourself and try to push out your ejaculate. If you familiar with G-spot orgasms try to bring yourself just to a point of having one and then try to push. Don’t wait until you are in a full blown orgasm, it might be too late. But keep practicing. It will come and it will get easier and easier. You will know your timing better.

Keep practicing. You might ejaculate on your first try – congratulations! You might not. With enough practice you will. At first it might be without an orgasm, it might feel forced and it also might be quite a small amount of liquid. Whatever happens – it’s great, it’s your first step. With more practice it will feel less forced, you’ll know your timing instinctively, you’ll push when the time is right and eventually you’ll be able to experience an orgasm along with ejaculation. You might first have only clitoral orgasm while ejaculating, if you continue stimulating your clit while pushing out the ejaculate. Keep practicing – spend less time and energy playing with your clit and more with your G-spot. Keep stimulating the G-spot and bring yourself to the verge of a clitoral orgasm, then slow down and cool off a bit, continue rubbing and applying pressure to the G-spot bring yourself to another verge, and cool down again – at some point you’ll be so excited you’ll feel the G-spot orgasm coming and with it will come the ejaculate. Push and feel the orgasm go through your body. The liquid will flow freely and you might find that you can ejaculate again and again in one session.

What’s next? Now when you get a pretty good idea how to ejaculate – it’s time to go and play with your partner. He (or she) will be very pleasantly surprised! Let them know how to stimulate you in the right way, feel your arousal building and when the time is right – push it out. Most women need the men to pull out his penis before they can ejaculate. Experiment with it. Try it – you’ll soon know what works for you and what doesn’t. Don’t forget to put a towel on the bed and let go of any expectations. Relax. If it happens – great, if not – it’s not a big deal, it will happen soon.

Do write me about your practice and experiences with squirting. If you have any questions please send them my way, I would love to answer them. I look forward to reading your comments.

Rhianna reached a new milestone in her quest to squirt. Last night Rhianna unleashed her newfound squirting abilities on me and it was absolutely amazing! Up till now Rhianna has been practicing and perfecting her squirting technique on her own. Squirting was something very new and powerful for her and I wanted to give her the space she needed to learn how it all works. I figured when Rhianna was ready and confident about her abilities I will be getting a very wet surprise. Well that wet surprise came last night!

During our very intense session of lovemaking last night Rhianna unleashed her very first squirting orgasm on me. It was a very erotic and sensual experience and I was thrilled to be first recipient of her amrita. Last week I wrote about Rhianna’s next quest was to learn how to squirt with an orgasm. Over the weekend she was practicing this skill and last night she put it all together.

During some moments of heightened sexual arousal (after multiple clitoral, vaginal and full body orgasms) Rhianna made the impulse decision (she just felt it was the right moment) and started to finger her g-spot intensely. A few moments later I could feel her ejaculate flowing out of her as she experienced a very intense orgasm. It was fucking awesome! Rhianna squirted lots since I and the bed were soaking wet….mmmmmmhmmmmm! It was an incredibly erotic experience for the both of us.

I believe squirting to be a very special and wonderful ability for any woman to have. Unfortunately, not many women know about squirting and fewer still can actually squirt. I consider myself very fortunate and blessed to be married to a woman who can squirt. Like most women, Rhianna knew nothing about squirting. But when she first encountered it she was intrigued enough by it to want to learn how do it. Rhianna set an intention to learn how to squirt and now she can do it! Brilliant! Rhianna has now reclaimed a birthright that belongs to every woman.

Happy New Year! I trust everyone had a wonderful holiday and is raring to take on the new decade. Not too long ago I wrote about the success we had achieved in getting our non sleeping baby to finally sleep through the night. The last couple of months of rest and recovery have been doing wonders. Rhianna has once again taken up quest to practice and perfect her ability to ejaculate.

If you recall, I wrote here about Rhianna’s first reaction to encountering female ejaculation. Like many women, she was fascinated by it but had absolutely no clue how it was done. Once we had tried swinging and Rhianna had seen another women squirt with her own eyes she wanted to learn how to do for herself. However, seeing another woman squirt is one thing but learning how to do it is entirely a different matter.

Trying to find some good books and videos on learning how to squirt was not so easy. Some books will describe female ejaculation but provide only the vague details on how it is done. We had purchased Caroline and Charles Muir’s Secrets of Female Sexual Ecstasy DVD to see if they might be able to provide some insights into learning how to squirt. While this video is a great introduction to anyone wanting to learn about female ejaculation, Rhianna just could not get enough practical information from the DVD that could be useful.

After a lot of searching and trying other books and DVD`s we had found something that really worked. Deborah Sundhal`s book Female Ejaculation and the G-Spot: Not Your Mother’s Orgasm Book! was a real winner. Sundhal’s book is very informative and easy to follow. Her book describes in detail the three types of female orgasm. There is also a section on the history of female ejaculation that really helps reinforce the notion that female ejaculation has been around for a really long time. The book also describes how to ejaculate with or without an orgasm. After followoing Sundahl’s easy to follow instructions, Rhianna was able to ejaculate after the first try. This happened during the Fall of 2008 and was a great success for her. Unfortunately, life got real busy and hectic and Rhianna had to put her practice sessions to the side for a while.

With things settling down again in the last couple of months Rhianna has been able to resume her practicing. Rhianna’s squirting skills have been progressing nicely. She became very comfortable squirting without an orgasm and can do it fairly easily now. She has been building up her confidence in her abilities and the other night Rhianna was able to squirt three times in a row! Yum Yum Yum! Rhianna has told me that squirting without an orgasm is a wonderful experience in of itself but squirting with an orgasm is a bit more challenging for her. She wants to be completely comfortable with squirting without an orgasm before moving onto squirting with an orgasm.

Sundhal also has a DVD – Female Ejaculation Workshop which can be found on the Amazon.com website. We had downloaded it and Rhianna had found it very useful in helping her learn the technique. We would recommend Sundhal`s book and DVD to anyone wishing to learn how to female ejaculate. Sundhal`s book is a good read and her instructions are easy to follow.

As Rhianna progresses through her female ejaculation practicing I will provide some updates. Her progress is remarkable and she is getting better and better every day.
