About

Sex is an amazing part of human nature that touches the core of our being and gives us the opportunity to lose ourselves in mind-blowing bliss and ecstasy.  On the other hand sex can be so unpredictable and difficult to handle without running into countless barriers.  Sex is a taboo subject laden with much danger and therein lies my fascination with it.

This is a blog about Sex that will primarily explore themes like Alternative Lifestyles, Erotica, Adult Humour, Taboos and the History of Sex.   In addition to these themes, I will be focusing particular attention on the History of Sex where I will:

  • Explore the origins of our sexual taboos, describing their development and what purpose they served.
  • Examine why we have been made to feel guilty and ashamed of our sexuality.
  • Strip away the dogma and misinformation that surrounds our sexual taboos.
  • Reveal how we have been sheeped into believing many of these outrageous taboos.
  • Who is the Bacchanalian?

Outside of this blog, I am a 39 year old non-monogamous erotic adventurer, agnostic and humanist. I have an open marriage with my beautiful wife, Goddess Rhianna for 10 years.  Rhianna is my Divine Slut and Sexy Goddess who is not only adventurous and daring but also my partner in crime!  A few pictures of us can be found here and here.

I am also a husband and a father of two.  I am a history aficionado with degrees in History and Political Studies. I am very health conscious, I never do drugs, do not smoke or drink to excess, I eat healthy food and I workout daily.

    What is the Bacchanalia?

This blog has been inspired by devotees of the cult of Bacchus who celebrated their devotion to him in the wild and mystical rites of the Bacchanalia. The Bacchanalia were free-spirited and sexually charged festivals that involved pagan mysticism, wild sex and divine communion which allowed its celebrants’ to achieve states of euphoria that hovered between divine ecstasy and the oblivion of nothingness.
