Here is a case in point: Deuteronomy 23:1 -- He that is wounded in the stones, or hath his privy member cut off, shall not enter into the congregation of the LORD. Translation - A man whose is missing a testicle or two or whose penis is cut off may never join the assembly of the Lord Apparently, God is not only concerned with size but also the condition of his equipment.
